To provide you with an incentive, I am offering you a two-tiered Referral Affiliate Commission.  Please see the referral plan below:

First Referral…………………………………..5% of Net Revenue

All Additional Referrals………………….10% of Net Revenue

The maximum amount of referral commissions I pay out is 10% of net revenue per referral on your second referral and each one thereafter. The reason I pay commission based on net revenue is due to some of the costs that I incur when traveling for engagements. For example, if you refer me to a $10,000 engagement and I incur $750 in airfare and hotel expenses, you will be paid commissions on $9,250. Also, this is NOT Network Marketing or MLM – so I do NOT pay out on second level referrals. Meaning that if you refer me to your associate who does business with me, and then this associate refers me to an associate who also does business with me, you will only be paid referral commissions on the first associate, and not the second. In the speaking business we call these “Spin-Off Engagements.” You will earn commission on the first referral, and each additional referral that you make, but not on referrals from referrals.

All Referral Affiliate Commissions are compiled throughout the month and will be paid by the 10th day of the next month.
